Tim was born in Fullerton, Nebraska but grew up in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Nebraska. He graduated from Nebraska City High School. Eventually he moved back to Fullerton, Nebraska and met his wife. In 1999, they moved to Nebraska City and he got a job at Pamida and remained there until it closed and then transferred to Pamida in Auburn, which is now Shopko Hometown.
Over the years, Tim subbed at the Nebraska Center for the Education of Children who are Visually Impaired (NCECBVI) in the dorm and during summer camp. He enjoyed working with the students so much that he ended up taking a job as an overnight residential assistant.
Tim lives in Nebraska City and has a son, Ethan. Ethan is an outstanding student who is active in many sports including cross country, basketball, and soccer. Tim enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and traveling. He also volunteers for the American Cancer Society - Relay For Life and has coached youth tackle football.
