2005: Accreditation
- Accreditation Standards
- Educational Service Unit No. 4 (the "ESU") shall meet the accreditation standards set by the Nebraska State Board of Education which will:
- provide for accountability to taxpayers;
- assure that the ESU is assisting and cooperating with school districts to provide for equitable and adequate educational opportunities statewide; and
- assure a level of quality in educational programs and services provided to school districts by the ESU.
- The ESU shall comply with all of the State Board of Education's accreditation standards and the Nebraska Department of Education's rules and regulations.
- Educational Service Unit No. 4 (the "ESU") shall meet the accreditation standards set by the Nebraska State Board of Education which will:
- Accreditation, Visitation, Application, and Reports
- The ESU and its administrator and staff shall cooperate fully with the Department of Education and host an on-site visitation for the purpose of verifying compliance with the State Board of Education's accreditation standards and the Department of Education's rules and regulations.
- The ESU administrator shall submit on or before November 1 of each year an application for accreditation to the Department of Education on forms prescribed by the Department of Education.
- The ESU administrator shall submit all other informational reports as required by the Department of Education on the forms prescribed and furnished by the Department of Education. Any report required by the Department of Education shall include all information requested and all signatures required by the Department of Education and shall be submitted on or before the due date designated by the Department of Education.
