3064: Supervision, Alignment, and Evaluation of ESU Employees
When an ESU employee serves on the instructional or service faculty of a school district, the ESU remains the employee's employer and the ESU's administration shall be the employee's primary supervisor. However, an ESU employee who serves on the instructional or service faculty of a school district shall follow the policies, rules, regulations and directives of the school district and its administrators to the extent they do not conflict with the policies, rules, regulations and directives of the ESU and its administration.
All ESU employees serving on the instructional or service faculty of a school district shall be evaluated by an ESU administrator in accordance with Nebraska law and regulations.
